SUNSHINE CLUB

Staffing: Both clubs are run by qualified staff, who are all enhanced DBS checked, and at least one staff member on duty at any one time, holds a first aid certificate.

Breakfast Club:

7.45am - 8.50am

Children are provided with a healthy and varied breakfast including fresh fruit and often hot food in winter.

Children are offered a variety of resources (construction, board games, arts and crafts, computer time, outdoor play, team games (weather permitting), free play is encouraged. If children prefer quiet time, there is also a selection books available.

Afterschool Club:

3.15pm – 5.45pm Monday –Thursday 3.15pm – 4.45pm Friday

Children are provided with a healthy varied snack often hot and this includes fresh fruit and vegetables.

A variety of activities are planned throughout the week including, cooking, arts and crafts, computer club, Wii Fit, film nights and homework club. Outdoor games weather permitting. Quiet time and the option of free play, is offered daily.

Clubs at St Anne's

Here at St Annes we offer a variety of clubs, both during lunchtime and after school. At present we have; Karaoke Friday Children from each class come and choose their favourite song Geography Club Run by Miss Bowcock on Wednesday's after school Spanish Club Run by Mrs Gaffney on a Wednesday evening(at certain times of the year) Netball Run by Miss Kinder (at certain times of the year) Cricket Run by Miss Murphy Football Runs on a Friday after school Dance Run by Jess Music Strings Will commence from Mon 25th Jan After School Table Tops An opportunity for the children to enjoy a variety of activities in the hall with Mrs Gaffney. Here the children develop skills such as co-operation, sharing and co-ordination.
